What is Reiki?


 Reiki is a gentle and safe form of hands on energy healing that helps to reduce stress and anxiety and bring balance to the systems of the body.  

 

Reiki is a deeply relaxing experience where practitioners place their hands above the body of the fully clothed client.  Practitioners then use specific hand placements on the front and back of the body.

 

Medical studies show that Reiki reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, reduces bleeding and pain, raises red blood cell count, helps insomnia, and calms anxiety.
